Ranch Potato Salad 2

Ingredients:


3 medium russet potatoes -- peeled and cubed

1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise

1/2 cup fat-free ranch salad dressing

3/4 cup diced celery

1/2 cup frozen peas -- thawed

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup chopped scallions

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper and salt -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil the potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes until done. Drain and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss well with the potatoes. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. 6 servings/Serving size: 1/2 cup
